This is our 5th official day as Lincolneers/Lincolnites/Lincolners well whatever you want to call it, still not sure on that one. Our apartment is slowly turning into a home since we got our living room furniture today!! I am so glad to be relaxing in our recliner and not on the floor right now! I did a lot of work yesterday and got rid of a lot of boxes in our spare bedroom. Our apartment is wonderful, it has five closets!! We have a closet for me, one for Geoff, a coat closet, a camping/outdoor/storage closet and, one of my favorites, a craft closet!!!/guest closet. Once you get past the living room though, it doesn't look presentable since the rest of the furniture doesn't come till the end of next week, fingers crossed.
Can I just mention for a moment that moving is no fun. Its stressful, you get tired, things don't go as planned and you realize just how much junk you collect. I really hope we don't do too much moving in our lifetime. But we did have amazing helpers and would not have been able to do this with out our parents. We are sooo thankful! Here are a few pictures during the move:

The first meal I ever fixed and served in our new home and as a married couple. Waffles!!! |

This is how we chilled out for a few days. Now we have furniture. YAY!!! More pictures of that soon. |
Well besides unpacking we have gotten to do a few things here. On Monday Geoff took me to a LAKE that is only 20 minutes from our house!! :) I'm so happy to have a real lake that you can boad and swim in. Needless to say there will be some serious camping done here by the Karhoff's.

Geoff and Roscoe enjoyed the evening at the lake. |

We also went and played Golf on the course that are apartment is on last night. The joy of living here is we get fee golf!! So hopefully I will be a much better golfer by the time we move out in a few years. I'm already on my way with the help of my amazing husband!
Today I ventured out into town and 1. didn't get lost, 2. didn't need to use my phone for directions on the way home and 3. actually felt like I kinda knew where I was going!! I also applied for a front desk position at a chiropractor's office for something to fill in the between time until I get a teaching job. I go for a group interview tomorrow so we'll see. Geoff said he was cooking tonight...hopefully if he gets off the PS3 sometime soon!!! Thats all for now.
So glad to hear from you guys. Sounds like married life is agreeing with you both! Love you - take care!
